Researchers at Suzhou Institute of Biomedical Engineering and Technology (SIBET) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences recently proposed a novel strategy based on DNA nanostructure disintegration-assisted strain-promoted alkyne–azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) ligation for highly sensitive detection miRNA.
